Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and courteous in interactions with residents and visitors.
• Efficient worker capable of following instructions and working in a team.
• Able to adapt to a range of duties on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents in personal hygiene to maintain independence, dignity and respect.
• Identify and escalate clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) promptly.
• Interact politely with residents and visitors, upholding dignity of each resident.
• Work safely and follow established systems of work across all tasks.
