• Flexible and adaptable to cover a range of duties at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene to support independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and report clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections).
• Ensure courteous interactions with residents and visitors, upholding dignity.
