Job summary

Renaissance Care is seeking caring Care Assistants to join our Whitecraigs team on contracts of 39.5 hours per week. You will help residents with personal care, promote nutrition and hydration, and participate in activities to support wellbeing and engagement.

An SVQ2 is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, upholding our values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.

Qualifications

• SVQ2 is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
• Must be an effective communicator and work well in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and promote a positive mealtime experience.
• Support resident engagement through 1:1 interactions and group activities.
• Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events to support lifestyle and wellbeing.
