Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in Benvie, near Dundee. You will engage residents with person-centred care, assisting with daily living tasks and supporting meaningful activities to promote wellbeing and independence.

Full training is provided; SVQ2 and prior care experience are beneficial but not required. We offer progression opportunities, training, PPE, and a supportive, values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities with dignity.
• Support residents in mealtimes, hydration, and nutrition.
• Engage residents in 1:1 meaningful moments and activities.
