Job summary

Renaissance Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Wyndwell Care Home in Scotland. The role is 33 hours per week on day shifts, focusing on resident engagement and person-centred care. You will assist with personal care, meals, and activities, ensuring residents experience dignity and choice in every interaction.

Full training is provided; SVQ2 is beneficial but not essential. We value compassionate, reliable team players who help residents live with purpose and connection.

Qualifications

• An effective communicator with the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in care is beneficial but training will be provided.
• Uphold the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily activities for residents.
• Support nutrition and hydration to ensure a positive mealtime experience.
• Promote meaningful activities and 1:1 moments for residents.
