No prior experience required as a thorough induction and training programme is provided; you will communicate effectively, show initiative, and adapt to short-notice duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Respect for residents and colleagues at all times.
• Efficient, able to follow instructions from the care team.
• Flexible and able to cover a range of tasks on short notice.

Responsabilités

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene to maintain dignity and independence.
• Recognising and escalating clinical risk areas like weight loss, pressure sores, falls or infections.
• Treating residents and visitors with courtesy, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Maintaining safe work practices across tasks.
