Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support residents with daily personal care, meals and activities, while upholding dignity and individual needs in a Dementia, Nursing, Residential or Specialist care home. You will be part of a compassionate team, delivering care from the heart and prioritising safeguarding and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
- Assist with daily activities in the home under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Safeguard residents and report concerns as appropriate.
