Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care as needed.
• Observe and document changes in residents' behaviour per regulations.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration according to each care plan.
• Provide stimulation through social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with required legal standards.
