Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity and great interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required.
• Desirable: Health and Social Care qualification or previous care home experience.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document resident changes in line with legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
