This role involves day and night 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends, contributing to a person-centred, standards-driven care environment. Ideal candidates have motivation, strong communication, and prior care experience or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Previous care home experience or Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document changes in residents’ behaviour per legislation.
• Support residents’ nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, group and individual.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
