Job summary

Prime Life Ltd in Scunthorpe is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly team on a full or part-time basis. Based at Phoenix Park Care Village, you will provide respectful, dignified support to residents, encourage independence, and help with personal care and everyday activities.

We offer regular shifts from 8am to 8pm across seven days, plus a fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme worth up to £250 per successful hire.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing respectful and dignified support to residents
• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life
• Providing companionship whilst giving emotional and practical support
• Assisting residents to participate in daily living decisions
• Helping residents with day-to-day activities such as personal care and mealtimes
• Promoting resident independence in meal preparation and daily routines
• Working with professionals to create individualised care plans
