Job summary

Greensleeves Care is seeking a Care Assistant in Sevenoaks to provide essential support and care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity. You'll work flexible shifts including early, late, and long day options.

The successful candidate will require a QCF diploma in care level 2 (or equivalent) along with experience in providing care and working with elders. A variety of benefits are offered, including a company pension scheme and opportunities for free learning and development.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the needs of residents.
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable).
• Experience of providing care (Desirable).
• Experience of working with elders (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Give support and care to residents while maintaining their independence.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing and hygiene.
• Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care workplace values.
