Job summary

Aurem Care in Sevenoaks is seeking a caring Care Assistant to help residents maintain dignity, independence and quality of life. You will provide high‑quality personal care, support daily activities, and build positive, trustful relationships within a warm, dedicated team.

Full training and ongoing support are provided. We offer flexible contracts (22, 33 or 44 hours), day and night shifts, pension, life insurance, DBS checks, and access to earned wages via Wagestream, plus a proactive staff

Qualifications

• Care experience is beneficial but not essential, as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support.
• Build positive relationships and meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Nourish.
• Collaborate with the care team.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism in all tasks.
• Undertake additional duties as required to ensure smooth delivery of care.
