Job summary

Aurem Care in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents' dignity, independence and quality of life. You will provide personal care and emotional support, build relationships, and help with daily activities.

Full training and ongoing support are provided; prior care experience is beneficial but not essential. Part-time shifts with DBS check, pension, parking and other benefits are available.

• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism in all dealings.
• Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth delivery of care services.
