Job summary

Aurem Care is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. You will provide personal care, emotional support and assist with daily activities as part of a caring team.

Full or part-time roles available, with shifts 8:00am–8:00pm and pay at £12.71 per hour. Training, DBS checks, pension and other benefits are provided to support your career in care.

Qualifications

• Care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Willing to train and be supported.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records in Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism.
• Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth care delivery.
