Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. You will provide high-quality personal care, build meaningful relationships and support daily activities within a warm, caring team.

Full or part-time opportunities are available, with 8:00am–8:00pm shifts, 22/33/44 hours per week, and a focus on training, development and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
• Right to work in the UK or ability to secure it independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism in all tasks.
• Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth delivery of care services.
