Job summary

Aurem Care in the UK is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life, with a warm, person-centred approach.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality personal care, build relationships, and use Nourish to record care plans. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.
• Compassion, empathy and respect for others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Organisation and task prioritisation.
• Encourage residents to maintain interests and social connections.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided.

• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
