Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with dignity and independence within our UK homes. You will provide personal care, accompany residents in activities, and maintain records using Nourish as part of a committed care team.

We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience; full training and ongoing support are provided. We offer flexible hours, career progression, DBS support, and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy and respect for others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Care experience is beneficial but not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Undertake additional duties to ensure smooth delivery of care services.
