Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support older adults at home across Marlborough and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, meal prep, companionship and help with outings, appointments and mobility, delivering person-centred support in clients’ own homes.

No formal care experience is required as full training to achieve the Care Certificate is provided. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the rural client base; you

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a caring, empathetic and patient approach.
• Full training provided to achieve the Care Certificate and beyond.
• Right to work in the UK and DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversations and activities.
• Support with outings, appointments and mobility as required.
