As a Care Assistant, you’ll build meaningful relationships with regular clients and provide high-quality, person-centred care, including:
Personal care and daily support
Meal preparation and medication assistance
Companionship, conversation and reassurance
Support with outings, appointments and pet care
Average 30 hours per week
Availability required between 7.30am – 10pm (split shifts)
Alternate weekends, with a day off in lieu
Paid client introductions, so you feel confident and supported from day one
Paid travel and waiting time, plus 45p per mile mileage allowance
Full training provided to achieve your Care Certificate and beyond
Ongoing support from a welcoming local team
(Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.)
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a naturally caring, empathetic, dependable, and patient disposition.
Experience: No formal care experience required, full training will be provided to achieve your Care Certificate and beyond. Previous personal or professional care experience is welcomed but not essential.
A caring, dependable, and professional approach
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural nature of our client base)
Right to work in the UK
An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
