Home Instead New Forest is recruiting caring, reliable people to support older adults in their own homes across Lymington, New Milton, Totton, Waterside and the surrounding villages. No previous care experience is needed—we provide full paid training and strong values are valued.

As a Care Assistant you'll deliver companionship, personal care, meals, medication support and light tasks, with a minimum one-hour visit and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• No care experience required; full paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Prepare meals and drinks.
• Assist with personal care.
• Support with medications.
• Shop and run errands.
• Light household tasks.
• Accompany clients on walks or appointments.
