Home Instead is seeking part-time Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes in Marlborough, Pewsey, Devizes and surrounding areas. Rotas are built around your preferred regular availability, with paid travel time and mileage allowances.

Full training provided; no care experience required. You will help with personal care and daily activities to promote independence and dignity, with weekend availability considered essential.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work alternate weekends (essential).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for rural locations).
• Must live within travelling distance of Marlborough.

Job Description

Care Assistant Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
• Meal preparation and support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Pet care andassistancewith social outings and appointments

Part-Time Working Hours

Part-time hours based on yourpreferred regular availability

• Regular clients to support continuity of care, including paid introductions to clients before you start care visits.
• Availability to work every other weekend is essential
• Paid travel time
• Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
• Full training provided –nopreviouscare experiencerequired
