Job summary

Home Instead New Forest is recruiting Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes across Lymington, New Milton, Totton and surrounding areas. No prior care experience is required as full paid training is provided. Flexible hours and a supportive team make this a rewarding role.

You'll deliver compassionate care, helping clients stay independent at home, with visits typically lasting at least one hour. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence or ability to drive is essential.
• Access to a reliable vehicle is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with meals and drinks preparation.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Support with medication where required.
• Run errands and assist with shopping.
• Light household tasks to maintain a safe home.
• Accompany clients on walks or appointments.
