Qualifications
- Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organisation and prioritisation.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Build positive relationships and create meaningful experiences for residents.
- Support residents with daily activities and individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records using the Nourish electronic care planning system.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion and professionalism in all tasks.
