Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity and independence at our Belper-based home. You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with daily activities, and record information in Nourish, working with a compassionate team to create a warm, safe living environment.

Full training is provided; prior care experience helps, but a caring nature and strong communication are essential. Night and flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• Care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy and respect for others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
