Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited in Chester is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support a client in a home setting. You will assist with daily activities, monitor nutrition, and help with medication administration where required, including complex feeding via a tube.

You’ll provide companionship and meaningful interaction to improve quality of life. Full training is provided, with nurse-led guidance, and flexible shifts across days and nights.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable, however, we do provide full nurse-led training.
