Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Caring Care Assistant to support residents in our Mansfield care home. You will help with personal care, meals and daily activities, always prioritising each resident’s dignity and preferences.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. We value empathy, reliability and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is beneficial.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding training.
• Excellent communication and empathy with residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and assist with daily activities in the home.
• Provide physical, emotional and social support under the guidance of a Registered Nurse while promoting dignity and individuality.
• Remain vigilant about safeguarding and report concerns following training and policy.
