CCH Group is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support clients in Glenfield and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, manage medications, prepare meals, and help with mobility in a respectful, dignified manner.

Your role focuses on enhancing well‑being and quality of life, upholding safety and empathy in every interaction. DBS clearance is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
• Display initiative and autonomy.
