• Provide personal care and social support, creating positive memories.
• Utilise the Nourish electronic care platform to meet residents' needs.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Demonstrate caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Undertake ad hoc duties to meet service delivery.
