Cera Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for the Extra Care Unit at St Johns Court, Abbey Court & St Johns Court. This full-time position focuses on delivering personalised care in a supportive environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and provide companionship. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within our care team.

Qualifications

• Support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible within personalised care plans.

• Administer or assist with medication and follow safety protocols as trained.
