Cera Care is seeking a Care Assistant for the Extra Care unit at Copperfields in Bradstow Court & Copperfields. The role is full-time and focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, helping them to live as independently as possible with tailored support plans.

You will work within an Extra Care setting, building trusting relationships and providing compassionate companionship, while following care plans and training provided by the Cera Academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support plans for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support with medication reminders and daily tasks.
