Cera is hiring a Care Assistant for the Abbey Court Extra Care unit, a full-time role serving residents across the Abbey Court & St Johns Court branches. You will support with daily living tasks, assist with personal care, and help residents maintain independence through personalised care plans.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living tasks, personal care and mobility assistance.
• Assist with medication prompts and hygiene routines as required.
