Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for the Extra Care Unit at Bramble Court. You will support residents with personalised care plans, helping with daily tasks, meals, hygiene and mobility while fostering independence and well-being.

As a professional carer, you’ll use our technology app to streamline admin tasks, stay connected with residents, and access ongoing training through the Cera Academy to develop skills for future progression.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personalised care and care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (meal prep, getting up, dressing, washing).
• Provide companionship, encourage independence, and report changes to the team.
