Cera Care is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join the Extra Care Unit at Cranbrook Court in East Sussex. You will support residents with personalised care plans, help with daily activities, meals, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.

Training will be provided through the Cera Academy and the Careers Pathways, with supportive colleagues and a flexible, rewarding environment where compassion and patience are valued daily.
