• Efficient and capable of following instructions.
• Adaptable to cover a range of tasks at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents as part of the care team.
• Support continuity of services and ensure residents’ dignity and independence.
• Recognise clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate as needed.
• Act courteously toward residents and visitors, upholding their dignity.
