Job summary

Cheval Roc is seeking Health Care Assistants to join our team to provide high-quality care to Service Users in line with the highest regulatory standards.

You will work as part of a care team, promote and safeguard residents' welfare, and perform personal care tasks with respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.

The role focuses on supporting residents to maintain independence in line with their Care Plans.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
• Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of residents
• To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
• To support residents and ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of residents, in-line with their Care Plan(s)
