Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our supportive teams in our care homes across the region. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will assist residents with personal care, meals, dressing and daily activities, helping to preserve independence and dignity.

You will support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, respond with compassion, and contribute to a calm, respectful environment where individuals feel valued and safe every day.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care, meals, dressing, hygiene under a Registered Nurse.
• Support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Deliver compassionate care respecting residents' individuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Support residents with mobility, meals and personal hygiene.
• Observe residents' wellbeing and report concerns.
