Avant Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in the Surrey TW18 area. A driver with their own car is preferred, and you will travel between homes to provide compassionate care.

You will help with personal care, household tasks, and social activities while building strong relationships with clients and families. A DBS check and English proficiency are essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to travel between TW18 area homes
• Strong spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication)
• Help with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with appointments, shopping, and social activities
• Support people with specialist needs (e.g., dementia, autism, challenging behaviour)
