Job summary

Trinity Homecare in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a visiting Care Assistant with a valid UK driving licence to support clients in their own homes. You will deliver personal care, practical help and companionship, following individual care plans with dignity and respect.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential; induction, training and ongoing support are provided. Paid travel time between visits, mileage, and DBS checks are part of the role, with 28 days’ leave pro rata.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship offered.
• DBS checks and references required.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan with dignity and respect.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily activities as needed.
• Provide companionship and support clients to engage in hobbies.
• Report changes promptly to the care team and maintain records.
• Travel between clients and cover surrounding areas.
