Avant Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support people in their own homes near High Wycombe. If you have a caring heart, your own car, and a desire to improve lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one).
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Own car and ability to travel between homes.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication).
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with appointments, shopping and social activities.
• Support people with specialist needs (e.g., dementia, autism, challenging behaviour).
