Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll help with personal care, meals, and daily activities, ensuring dignity and individual needs are respected.

You will contribute to safeguarding, use digital care planning tools, and have opportunities for professional development and clear career pathways within HC-One.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene and meals) and assist with daily activities.
• Contribute to safeguarding training and report concerns as required.
• Assist with digital care planning and use relevant systems.
