Job summary

HC-One Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, always putting residents’ dignity and individuality first.

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will help safeguard residents, support their wellbeing, and engage them in compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.

Responsibilities

• Support residents under guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Deliver care with kindness and respect for individuality.
