HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll support residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities while upholding each resident’s dignity and individuality.

You’ll contribute to physical, emotional and social wellbeing, monitor wellbeing, and engage in safeguarding and training as needed.
