HC-One is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work under a Registered Nurse, providing help with personal care, meals and daily activities to promote wellbeing and independence.

You will be part of a compassionate team, ensuring safeguarding is observed and residents are treated with dignity. The role offers development opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate approach to resident wellbeing.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding training.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and comply with DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with physical, emotional and social wellbeing under a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support daily activities and help residents maintain independence and dignity.
• Follow safeguarding policies and escalate concerns as required.
