Qualifications

• Excellent communication in written and verbal form.
• Ability to take initiative and show respect to residents and team.
• Flexible and adaptable to cover various tasks at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene to maintain independence and dignity.
• Identify and escalate clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections).
• Be courteous to residents and visitors, upholding dignity and individuality.
