Job summary

Prime Life is seeking caring Care Assistants to join Riversway Nursing Home in Bristol, supporting residents with daily activities, personal care, meals, hydration, mobility and wellbeing in a warm, respectful environment.

We offer set shifts across a 7-day week, training provided, fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, free refreshments on shift, and a Refer a Friend bonus up to £250 per successful hire. Join our friendly team today.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is desirable, but training provided.
• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and clothing selection.
• Help residents with meals and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility using mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and accompany residents on social outings or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation.
• Be part of a multi-disciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being.
• Greet family members and assist with enquiries.
