SkyCare in Bradford is seeking Female Care Assistants to provide compassionate personal care and support to residents, including help with daily living activities within a dementia-friendly environment. Successful applicants typically have 1–2 years of care experience.

The role is full-time (33–44 hours/week) with a salary of £12.80 per hour. Interviews will be conducted face-to-face, and a DBS check is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in a care role preferred.
• Care Certificate or equivalent desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cheerful, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good understanding of vulnerable adults' needs and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Engage patients in therapeutic activities and de-escalation when needed.
• Observe and document patient conditions and report changes.
• Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, psychiatrists and social workers on care plans.
• Identify distress signs and respond to ensure safety.
