Job summary

Skycare is seeking Female Care Assistants to join our team in the United Kingdom. This full‑time role requires 33–44 hours per week and the right to work in the UK within commutable distance. Salary is £12.82 per hour with no sponsorship provided.

Successful applicants will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. You will work with residents across specialist care areas, including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care roles; 1–2 years preferred, especially with dementia or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents with daily living activities.
• Engage residents in therapeutic activities to aid recovery and manage distress.
• Observe and document residents' conditions; report changes to nursing staff.
• Create a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses, psychiatrists, and social workers to implement care plans.
• Recognise distress in residents and respond to ensure safety and well‑being.
