Job summary

Empowering U Limited is seeking dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support a young boy with complex needs in his home. The role covers medication management, PEG care, blood glucose monitoring, and incontinence care, with shifts from 8am to 4pm, seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills for documentation.
• Enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies.
