Care Concern Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Ashlea Court Care Home. The role covers 36 hours per week at £13.60 per hour, with paid PVG, pension and uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave is offered based on a full-time contract.

You will assist residents with daily living, follow care plans and help maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Caring and respectful approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in role.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and emotional well-being.
• Follow care plans to deliver safe, responsive and consistent care.
• Support residents in a warm, respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence.
• Work as part of a team with training and ongoing development provided.
